First Baptist Church (FBC) Asheboro is excited to announce a year-long celebration in 2025, marking over 25 years of impactful mission work. This milestone honors a rich history of service that has brought hope locally and across the globe, while also looking forward to engaging the congregation and community in a new year of missions and ministry.
A Legacy of Being Sent
Since 2000, FBC Asheboro has embraced the call to be sent, recognizing that every individual is uniquely gifted and empowered to serve. In response, the “On Mission Team” (OMT) was created to guide, encourage, and inform the congregation in mission efforts. Over the past 25+ years, God has used this team—and all of us together—to share the gospel with our community and beyond.
In 2024 alone, the OMT funded $56,000 in support of local and international missions, and in 2025, we will celebrate all that God has accomplished through our church. This is also a call to action, inviting everyone to participate by praying, giving, and going.
