Viewing The Files Online: You can click on the link (or right-click on the link and select “Open Link…”) to open it in your browser if you can view PDFs. If you cannot view PDFs, a program called Adobe Reader or similar PDF viewer needs to be installed.

It may ask you if you wish to install further software, like McAfee Security Scan Plus, for instance. You do not need to install this.
Downloading Files: If you wish to download the PDF for offline reading, right-click with your mouse and select “Save Link As…”, then proceed from there to download it to the folder of your choice.
