Since 1968 First Baptist has had a Sunday School Class for Special Needs people called the “Joy Class.” This class is led by a very dedicated team of volunteers who have a special call and gifts to minister with special needs people.

Our goal is to assist in meeting the spiritual and relational needs of a very special population of people in our county. In the Joy Class students sing, learn biblical truths, pray and even engage in mission projects.

Following the class students sit together in a supervised area of the sanctuary for worship. They are an integral part of our church family, embraced by all and bring a lot of joy to all.

Meeting Times
The Joy Class meets every Sunday morning at 9:45am.
